Should I side with Roche or Iorveth?
You should actually play on both sides. Both! I did roche first and loved it but i liked iorveth a lot more. its just preference they are both really good.
Should I save triss or help Roche?
Triss or Temeria? ( Roche’s path) Decision: Will you go with Roche to save Anaïs, or alone to save Triss? Consequences: If you choose to help Roche, you will attack the Kaedweni camp where you kill Dethmold and save Anaïs. Letho rescues Triss, who will be with him when you meet during the epilogue.
What happened to Dethmold?
Dethmold fled, unwilling to risk a clash with the witcher. It proved a sound decision, which bought him a bit more time in this life. Their next meeting proved to be their last, as Dethmold died at the hands of the vengeful Roche. Geralt never revealed the details of the sorcerer’s demise.
Can you kill Dethmold?
After reaching the biggest cave, you will encounter Dethmold and Adam Pangratt (M23, 5). Talk with Adam Pangratt to decide his fate (it doesn’t have an influence on the further plot): you can either let him go or kill him.
Should I kill Letho?
You can either kill Letho or let him live. You don’t gain anything by killing him though, but you can have “the final battle” which is compulsory for many games. If you spare him, then as the journal says his fate is “story for another time”.
Does triss die if you save Anais?
Though in my first playthrough, I chose to save Triss. Besides, even if you don’t go save her yourself, (spoiler) Letho saves her for you ( I know it’s rather shameful but it’s better than nothing). So, Triss lives, and at the same time Anais is saved.
Is it better to save Triss or Saskia?
if you choose triss you get no real benefits but if you choose saskia you get choices. (only read title so if this makes no sense ignore it.) however if u choose saskia a witch hunt begins. and in my playthrough after going for triss i looted philipa’s dagger which means i could theoretically cure saskia in the future.
Is there a way to save Sile de Tansarville?
Note: If you spared Síle de Tansarville in The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings she will also be there. She will be badly injured and will ask Geralt and Yen to end her suffering. Your options are to leave her there or to perform a mercy killing.

In the original game, no such thing happened. However pretty much everyone decided to save either Anaïs La Valette from Dethmold or Saskia from Philippa Eilhart. The reason being, Letho saves Triss if you don’t save her.
