To practice gratitude, start a gratitude journal. You don’t need to write a certain number of things you’re grateful for -- just strive for one in the beginning. This month, Eco-artist Spencer Fitch unveiled his newest art installation, four thousand young redwood trees. To see the saplings, you can view them from a viewing platform or at the ground level. The project was done in partnership with the Save the Redwoods League.
